Advanced Tissue Manufacturing Facility – Ghana
Our upcoming tissue manufacturing plant in Ghana is designed with a robust production capacity of 65 tonnes per day, reinforcing our commitment to serving the growing hygiene and paper needs of the ghanian market. This greenfield project represents a major strategic investment and is being developed with world-class technology and operational best practices.
We exclusively use 100% virgin pulp, sourced from leading suppliers in Europe, to ensure superior product quality. A precise combination of softwood and hardwood fibers treated with specialized furnishes enables us to manufacture a comprehensive range of premium tissue products, including paper napkins, kitchen towels, and facial tissues.
The plant is designed with modern, responsible utilities and energy systems. Boilers and grid power will support operations, with boilers utilized exclusively for steam generation. The facility also incorporates a Water Treatment Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, and a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, ensuring adherence to high environmental stewardship standards and resource efficiency.
